Private Dining
Cowboy Star Restaurant and Butcher Shop has an enthusiastic service team committed to taking care of every aspect of your event to make it memorable and successful.
Our uniquely decorated private dining room has capacity for up to 18 of your closest friends or respected colleagues and up to 15 for your presentation needs.
We can also offer our entire restaurant for groups of 50–100 people for corporate presentations, holiday parties, birthdays, anniversaries, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, graduation parties, and many other events.
Almost anything on our award-winning menu can be offered in your event, including shareable appetizers and scrumptious USDA prime-aged steaks.

Menu Options
A LA CARTE
Parties of 14 guests or less can order a la carte as well as pre-select appetizers and sides, or have a prix fixe menu.
PRIX FIXE
Parties of 15 or more guests require a $100 or $125 three or four course prix fixe menu, non-inclusive of tax, gratuity or beverages.
We can work with you to semi-customize prix fixe menus. You can add shared appetizers and sides, which is a great way to add variety and taste more of what we have to offer.
PERSONALIZED MENUS
We can personalize your menu for special occasions, or add a company banner or logo to make your event memorable.
Champagne Presentation
Celebrating an anniversary, birthday or other special occasion? Surprise your guests with a champagne toast upon arrival! Choose from our thoughtfully selected champagne and sparkling wine list to have elegantly displayed at your table with glassware upon arrival.
We offer champagne presentations for all reservations. Please call (719) 639–7440 to request champagne service.
Beverage Agreements
If your event requires beverage limitations, we can discuss and provide a beverage agreement that is suitable for you. We can arrange limitations on things such as our signature cocktails and other spirits and allow you the opportunity to pre select wine to have presented. We will work with you to accommodate any beverage requests you may have.

Venue Rental Agreements/Fees
Our venue rental agreements for guaranteed exclusivity of the private dining room may include a venue rental fee and/or food and beverage minimum, depending on date, time, guest count, occasion and availability. All private dining requests are addressed and confirmed with our events coordinator, who will discuss with you venue rental agreements and policies, and provide other options to best accommodate your requests.
